Once you’re on a Steyer project, we have regular 1:1 check-ins with both you and your managers to get feedback and handle any issues as early as possible. You can always come to us outside of those check-ins to ask questions, get advice, or let us know how the job is going.


A significant portion of our new business comes from repeat clients and referrals. We like it that way! It means our clients and consultants love working with us so much that they’re spreading the word. To sweeten the pot, we have a simple referral bonus program:

If you refer a candidate whom we place on a client project...

There’s a tiny bit of fine print (see below) but otherwise, that’s it!

FINE PRINT: Only one reward per referrer per contract. Rewards for very short contracts are pro-rated. Due to conflict-of-interest rules in place at many firms, we cannot pay referral bonuses to current FTEs (full-time employees) at our client companies.
