Murder in the Speakeasy

We’ve really enjoyed throwing open our monthly meetups to the broader content community, and we’ll continue to do so.

But to kick off the year, we started with a small gathering:
“Murder in the Speakeasy” was a virtual race against the clock to solve puzzles, discover clues, and solve a mystery! All of us who attended felt beforehand that we had *no* time to spare—but we surrendered to our curiosity (“Yes we want to learn about speakeasy culture and denatured alcohol!”) and went anyway. IT WAS SO GOOD.

Hats off to teambuilding.com for a great event. We highly recommend sleuthing as a team activity–and we couldn’t have had better hosts than Kirrin and Travis!

Process note: This session is part of a series of monthly meetups that Steyer hosts. Some of these meetups are limited to Steyer employees only; some are open to the public. The idea is simply to spend a bit of time together exchanging stories and ideas—to get to know one another better and to learn from one another.
