For years, Steyer has been sending representatives to speak with students at the University of Washington’s content-related certificate programs. Subject areas that have featured Steyer speakers include Technical Writing, UX Writing, Business Writing, Digital Content, Editing, and Content Strategy.

In addition, Steyer’s CEO Kate Walton is a long-time advisory board member for UW’s Technical Writing program.
