We are seeking a proactive marketing operations analyst with experience with HubSpot as well as Salesforce reporting tools to help one of our data automation tech clients analyze, interpret, and manage marketing data and how it impacts different stages of the sales cycle. If you are the right fit, you are swift and efficient in running and analyzing marketing reports to help guide business decisions. You have a data-driven, marketing mindset and are motivated to find ways to make marketing ops far reaching, meaningful, and scalable.

This is an FTE role and while our larger team is based in Fremont, CA the team is a dispersed, remote-friendly environment. Or client offers a strong benefits package to their full time employees.


Required:

  • Proficiency in using Salesforce to run, interpret and manage marketing operations data
  • Knowledge of HubSpot, or quick ability to navigate a marketing automation platform and an openness to learning new platforms
  • Polished communications skills and confidence around presenting recommendations around data findings
  • Strong cross-collaborative and proactive spirit
