Steyer Content is a full-service content agency that uses world-class writing, video, code, and design to create transformative experiences that build trust and grow revenue for our clients. We plan, create and optimize business content that works for today.
We are looking for a UX Writer for one of our well-known, global ecommerce clients to help deliver UX content for their e-reader experiences. In this role, you will write product copy for digital products spanning multiple platforms, use cases, and geographies, and create UX content management tools and QA mechanisms. You will apply your understanding of the end-to-end customer journey and user pain points, enhancing customer experiences through the power of words. You will define, test, and iterate UI copy across a variety of touch points, produce content that is clear, helpful, human, scalable, and inclusive, all while accounting global audiences and localization.
If you are the right fit, you can communicate ideas clearly and persuasively, verbally and in writing, across different audiences, and to all levels of an organization. You have a strong bias for action in a fast-paced, metric environment, and are a motivated team player, with refined and assertive leadership skills.
This is a full-time, 6 month contract engagement with the potential for FTE conversion if all goes well. We'll only be able to respond to applicants who meet the basic qualifications for this role. We offer a strong benefits package for full-time employees: http://steyer.net/benefits.
