We are seeking a seasoned UX researcher with end-to-end product and UX perspective to join our Seattle-based tech client’s Web Experience Design & Research team. In this role, you will apply your qualitative research experience as well as your strong quantitative background in statistics and measurement, to deliver thoughtful and impactful recommendations for cloud computing product. You will work closely and cross-functionally with designers, program management, product planning, and other stakeholders to prioritize research and business questions.

If you are the right fit, you are seasoned in designing and conducting mixed method research (including survey analysis and measure development) to understand customer needs and interaction experiences across an array of products, services, and features. You also can synthesize and deliver efficient, timely, and accurate research findings into a coherent story to the UX team, engineering, and leadership.

This is a full-time, contract engagement slated through the end of June 2023 with the potential to extend up to 18 months, and can be done fully remotely. We will only be able to respond to applicants who meet the basic qualifications for this role. Pay rate range, depending on experience level: 50-52/hr. W2.


Required:

  • 4+ years of UX research experience, ideally in a product design environment

  • Solid command of common qualitative and quantitative research methodologies

  • Confidence to own customer findings in your areas of coverage and evangelize customer needs to design and engineering team 

  • Some knowledge of the cloud computing space or the ability to ramp up on new technologies

Preferred:

  • Proficiency with research platforms (i.e. UserZoom, Respondent, Qualtrics) and presentation tools (i.e. PowerPoint, Figma, Fig Jam)
