We are looking for a passionate UX Researcher to join one of are large Redmond-based technology clients. In this role you as a research specialist, you will design and carry out studies to understand and quantify the user experience by addressing user flow issues through UX design. The specialist will create research studies, set up research environments, and run usability studies to improve the overall design of the product. The environment will be focused on web development with visual studio, .net, and cloud services.
If you are the right fit, you are adept at working through ambiguity to establish structure where it is needed, while also understanding how to zoom out to drive long-term design strategy. To get there, you know how to ask the right questions to identify potential strengths and weaknesses of the user experience.

Required:
- 4+ years as a UX researcher running studies
- 2+ years of working and understanding a web development / cloud environment
- Knowledge of Figma is beneficial
- Confidence to pivot to different mixed-method research approaches
- Familiarity with interpreting data, analysis, and presenting research findings to key stakeholders
- Document, present, and drive design changes through research and analysis
