We are seeking a seasoned content strategist with strong knowledge management and content architecture expertise to join a long-term project engagement supporting one of our large Seattle-based tech clients.
In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating and making overarching improvements to our client's many large content libraries. You will work closely with a team of dedicated writers to ensure that the overall knowledge base is comprehensive, well-structured, and optimized for efficiency. By identifying content gaps and streamlining the content flow, you will contribute to reducing support call times and minimizing duplication of efforts among content managers and contributors.
- 4+ years of experience with knowledge management and improving content flow and acess
- Strong understanding of effective content structure, taxonomy, and optimization strategies to streamline and enhance discoverability and employee efficiency
- Confidence to share recommendations and insights to leadership
This is a full-time, remote, contract engagement slated through the end of December 2023, with the potential to extend.
