We are seeking an innovative, highly detailed, and self-driven Marketing Research Lead / Strategy Manager to join one of our large, Seattle-based tech clients.
In this role, you will work in the Customer Experience & Success organization. The goal is to empower customers to accelerate business value through differentiated customer experiences that leverage the customers products, services, and partnerships. You will be working on teams that are focused on their AI products. While you will have some customers to work with, a lot of the work will be done ensuring success across multiple internal teams and channels within the organization
If you are the right fit, you have a solid track record of supporting cross-function team strategy development that connects into an all-up organization strategy. You are data-driven, exceptional at building trusted relationships at all levels of an organization, and are quick to creatively change your approach with agility and speed in a complex environment.

Required:
- 4+ years of experience in Technology industry
- 6+ years of experience in a corporate strategy role
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to synthesize and simplify complex information
- Experience in a complex multi-team and strategy fast-paced business environment.
- Strong executive presence, good judgement, ability to manage stakeholders and navigate complex scenarios in a cross functional environment.
