Usability Researcher

We are looking for a motivated, creative UX researcher who is obsessed with understanding customers to join our large Seattle-based tech client’s edge cloud computing and platform research and design team. In this role, you will work cross-functionally to support qualitative and quantitative user research projects across future edge HW, products, and services. ?As your product team?creates new features, you’ll?also help?them make?decisions based on data and user perspectives.?

This is a remote, contract engagement slated through the end of June 2024 but has potential to extend up to 18 months. Pay rate depending on experience is $58-63/hr. W2.

  • 4+ years of mixed method user research experience (i.e. (usability studies, interviews, site visits, surveys, user modeling, card sorting, etc.)
  • Knowledge of the cloud space
  • Proficiency with user experience/digital experience platforms (such as Adobe Experience Manager, SiteCore XP, Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud, etc.)
  • Ability to effectively communicate rich customer data and articulate the implications of research findings in clear and compelling ways
  • Strong oral and written communication skills and stellar presentation abilities (using PowerPoint)
