We are looking for a usability researcher to join one of our large, Redmond-based tech client’s teams. In this role, you will drive research and UX practices that ensure diversity, equity and inclusion in our product making decisions. You will build and execute research plans and activities that provide broad market views and deep customer insights needed to inform the product making process. You will conduct research on your own and with other researchers using both qualitative and quantitative methods, while identifying gaps and customer pain points.

This is a remote, full-time, 3-month contract with strong possibility of extension. We'll only be able to respond to applicants who meet the basic qualifications for this role. Required:
* 6+ years of hands-on research and/or product planning experience, with demonstrated skill in collecting and analyzing human behavioral data
* 6+ years experience with Userscout and Respondent.IO
* Experience building relationships with peers and stakeholders
* An advanced degree in HCI (human-computer interaction), market research, human factors, psychology, or a related field with a strong emphasis on research techniques and understanding humans
Pay rate range, depending on experience level: $65-70/hr. W2.
