We are seeking a skilled Lead UX Research Designer for one of our cloud-based tech clients who is focused on bringing a whole new experience to their cloud software system. In this role, you will work on a large team, collaborating directly with researchers and designers to create requirements for the developer to complete. You will be working on teams that span the United States and Poland.
If you are the right fit, you are skilled in working closely with product teams to understand customer needs and execute accordingly. You will be an expert in UX design and communicating your ideas, which are best practices for the long-term security of the project. You effectively deliver content road maps and design templates while also conducting all the research necessary to make these decisions. You will be able to coach and mentor researchers and designers across the board. Having extensive experience in research in both qualitative and qualitative aspects is necessary for the positions. Your duties within research will range from planning, crafting, and executing end-to-end research studies. These studies and designs will be presented to the necessary stakeholders to help redefine or move forward with ideas that you and your team create.
This is a full-time long-term contract through December 2024, and the targeted start date is December 1st, 2023. This is a remote role, and you can sit anywhere in the United States. Required:
• 7+ years of experience conducting different types of user research (mixed methods) for enterprise applications on a variety of platform
• Experience interacting with large project teams and senior-level business stakeholders
• Ability to use different synthesis frameworks to curate research insights into strategic opportunities and aligning with product goals
• Experience mentoring and/or managing a team of researchers and/or user experience designers
• Master’s, or Ph.D. in Human Factors, Human-Computer Interaction
Pay rate range, depending on experience level: $50 - $55/hr. W2.
