We are looking for a UX researcher for one of our large Seattle-based tech clients to support generative research and evaluative usability testing for a well-known employee engagement product. In this role, you will work closely with product management and design on iterative design projects, as well as other UX design researchers to conduct B2B UX research to better understand employee experiences.

If you are the right fit, you know how to effectively lead moderated and unmoderated interviews, group discussions, and surveys to uncover actionable insights. You have B2B research experience and are passion for continued learning around user audiences, behaviors, and motivations across all phases of the customer user journey.

Pay rate range, depending on experience level:
 60-68/hr. W2.

             
Required:

 
  • 4+ years of hands-on research and/or product planning experience with the expertise to effectively devise methods to collect and analyze human behavioral data to improve enterprise-level user experiences
  • Qualitative, early-stage foundational research experience to understand and build out user role needs and challenges
  • Experience to effectively perform ongoing studies to evaluate if design-built experiences are at the appropriate level for release to engineering
