Everett Ross
Everett Ross has spent more than 25 years as a leader across multiple industries and disciplines, including, banking & finance, risk management, project management, mergers and acquisitions, shared services, and technology optimization initiatives. He currently oversees Steyer’s process improvement and documentation effort with COTA.
Everett has led multiple initiatives supporting the design and implementation of business process reengineering efforts with the State of Alaska, State of Ohio, The Ohio State University, Kansas University, Pennsylvania System of Higher Education (PASSHE), William & Mary/ Richard Bland College, University of Alaska System, and the Virginia Community College System (VCCS).
Everett’s clients have spanned federal, state, local governments, and non-profit organizations. His work has been recognized by Harvard University as a “best-in-class” model to help clients achieve new levels of performance and effectiveness. Everett provides design, planning, and support for a wide range of service offerings, including fiscal, procurement, human resources, facilities, information technology, as well as project management, continuous improvement (Lean/Six Sigma), change management, governance, and data & analytics.
With proven ability to effectively integrate business and technology solutions, Everett has led global technology and operations teams, across multiple continents, including Europe, Asia, and South America. He has a successful track record with large-scale technology and shared-services solutions with multiple states, universities, and Fortune 500 companies. Leadership responsibilities include large-scale shared services initiatives, corporate mergers & acquisitions, and management of portfolios in excess of $100 billion dollars.
Everett earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Ohio Dominican University and is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps.
