Jen’s journey from Content Project Manager to Principal Solutions Architect at Steyer showcases her adaptability and diverse skill set. With a college background in computer networking, Jen maintains an interest in technology trends while excelling in creating structure and developing processes that support business operations and creative teams. Her experience managing people, projects, and operations across startup, nonprofit, and global organizations makes her a logistical whiz, adept at streamlining Steyer’s business functions. In her role, Jen oversees Steyer’s IT and security infrastructure and is a core member of the company’s automation and business process optimization team. As a past consultant for Steyer’s managed work teams, she brings a valuable perspective to Steyer’s mission of creating good jobs for top talent. When she’s not deeply immersed in spreadsheets or implementing new business processes, Jen can be found cheering for her favorite NFL team, the Seattle Seahawks, rocking out at various concerts, scrapbooking, or spending time on the lake with family and friends.
