The client work Steyer does these days (organizational design, user research, and content-related services) is fundamentally about building genuine trust and fostering connection in a business context. Our mission—to create good jobs as we help clients connect more successfully with their teams and customers—is one I find I can return to daily with my whole heart, especially as the trust that facilitates that connection is at such high risk.
Next week, Steyer’s leadership will be gathering for our twice-annual off-site; a week or two after that, we’ll have our twice-annual all-company meeting. Tony and I will be using both of those occasions to build trust with our own teams and to share how we believe Steyer can be part of real-world solutions for our clients in the months and years to come.
