June
Our June 2025 update shows heartening improvements: our total number of jobs is up from 2024, and respondents overwhelmingly report a sense of professional belonging, with a majority of respondents rating their professional satisfaction at a 5 out of 5 as well. The vast majority of employees feel they have opportunity for growth at the company. We had a very high response rate this go-round, with 36% of employees adding their feedback. Due to sharply increasing healthcare benefits costs over the last few years, we had to change our providers this year; we’d wondered if that would result in a drop-off in healthcare benefits participation, but those have stayed consistent, even as we’ve increased our employee base. Please see Co-CEO Tony Batista’s business update from a mid-June 2025 Workings post for more about Steyer’s view of the market conditions and how we’re responding.
