UX Writer

We are seeking a skilled User Experience (UX) Writer for one of our large tech clients who focus on financial planning, insurance, and investment management. In this role, you will work on a global scale with a focus on risk prediction, assessment, and analysis. You will be responsible for creating seamless, engaging content experiences throughout the customer journey in the fixed assets solution area.

If you are the right fit, you are skilled in working closely with product teams to understand customer needs through data and analytics. You are effective in delivering content road maps and microcopy for different prototypes. This could include product descriptions, legal copy, FAQ’s, navigation labels, and page titles. You will need to provide format recommendations and a co-design template. You will do this by having a strong technical understanding of a CMS system and how changes being made can affect overall content development. This role reports to the Head of Design.

This is a full-time contract, through June 2023. This is a remote role; you must work in the EST time zone. They are looking to start someone immediately. • 6+ years of writing and creating customer-led experiences, with portfolio examples to back up your work
• 6+ years of developing different copy (with a strong understanding of SEO) and working closely with design teams within the finance/insurance industry
• Experience working with different sets of data and user researchers, incorporating their findings into your work
• Experience working with Figma, Sketch, Adobe, InVision

Pay rate range, depending on experience level: $55 - $75/hr. W2.
