Fast-growing managed IT service from Microsoft with a need for top-shelf, on-brand, multimedia product content to support IT decision-maker customers at every stage of the purchase lifecycle.
Our role: High-volume product content creation and editorial project management, with deliverables including animated video, product tutorials, articles, blog posts, ebooks and more.
- Launched engagement at tail-end of FY19 with a 5-week sprint to generate 7+ brand-new, polished product videos from start to finish; 23 deliverables complete in first 3 months of FY20
- Full-time content PM embedded in Microsoft product team partners in content planning and ensures even quick-turn deliverables meet high quality bar without missing deadlines
- Editorial processes feature intensive creative brief development, internal reviews before client approval, SME and stakeholder review at critical junctures, and corporate and legal brand sign-off
- Capabilities currently include scriptwriting, marketing copy, developmental editing, design, art direction, motion graphic design, content production/publication, social strategy
