Microsoft Worldwide Learning Group, 2019

Microsoft’s certification program for Microsoft 365 developers includes both instructor-led and e-learning training content, guiding learners as they become technically proficient to design, built, test, and maintain applications and solutions on the Microsoft 365 platform. To become certified, learners must pass a certification exam with which the available learning content directly aligns.

We created: A highly technical 35+ hour, 5-module, 250+ topic instructor-led Learning Path, delivered in Word, PowerPoint, and Markdown formats, with new and re-purposed copy, graphics, and labs.

Steyer’s senior-level instructional designers worked directly with in-demand Microsoft MVP SMEs around the world to put together a cohesive, structured course with every detail tested and confirmed.
The completed Learning Path includes modules on implementing Azure AD Identity in apps, building and optimizing apps with Microsoft Graph, and using web parts, plug-ins, third-party APIs, webhooks, and conversational bots to extend existing Microsoft 365 applications.
Our developers built a custom, re-usable Markdown conversion tool mapping to Microsoft’s specified template.
Our interactive Labs were tested by multiple SMEs against multiple product releases for instructional effectiveness and up-to-date product information.
