We provided: Six-week-long deep content systems audit, culminating in digitization roadmap tailored to client’s budget and requirements

  • Audit revealed 4,200 page static doc set housed in PDF, produced in different apps by different teams through different pipelines​
  • Steyer content strategist formally surveyed internal, external stakeholders, capturing pain points, constraints, and preferences for centralized publication platform and processes ​
  • Final recommendations provided path to streamlined, multi-channel, unified content management and web publication, within client-provided constraints, including expected total cost and SWOT analysis of digitization effort​
  • Presented recommendations in executive stakeholder meeting, along with deck and detailed PDF proposal for future use
